It is painful, not necessary, and probably a violation of his rights. I am uncut. As a teenager, I was the only kid in the locker room with a foreskin. Was I made fun of? What did the other boys think when they saw it? Well, of the two that commented both were compliments. Something along the line of "you're lucky, it's easier for you to masturbate". Maybe some guys were shocked and said nothing or maybe they were all thinking the same as the others. I never ever was ridiculed for being uncut. This was in the late 1980's.
